Core Performance Soccer’s mid-season “Spring-Loaded” Performance camp is a high intensity 6-week program during the Spring regular season that focuses on developing the necessary physical attributes that are expected of a competitive youth soccer player.
The curriculum will focus on speed and agility/strength and conditioning exercises of the full body’s musculature, as well as individualized technical ball work done at game speeds to increase sharpness and confidence.
1st Day of camp: Sunday, April 12!

Drop-in rate: We offer the choice of a player “dropping-in” on a session without registration. The drop-in fee is $25 per session.
