Bust The Rust Pre-Season


Core Performance’s Bust the Rust Camp is a high intensity 4-week program during the spring pre-season meant to prepare players physically for impending tournaments and the regular season schedule. The program focuses on maintaining and continuing the development of the necessary physical attributes expected of a competitive youth soccer player. The curriculum will focus on speed and agility/strength and conditioning exercises of the full body’s musculature.

This program is 4-weeks long at 2 days a week, and is meant to build a technical and physical baseline from which team coaches can build on. This curriculum is intended to help maintain the athlete’s current fitness level during the off-season, while also increasing performance with regard to gains in strength, speed and quickness, as well as aerobic capacity; using exercises explicitly tailored to benefit the soccer player. This program should be used as a supplement to the other Core Elite Programs for both Outfield players as well as Goal Keepers to mold the most well rounded athlete possible. Don't let the physical aspect of the game hinder your Spring season’s performance!
