With the Fall Season beginning in August, Chris wants all his young goalkeepers getting the best possible training through-out their Club and High School seasons. The 8 Week program will consist of 1 session a week over the eight consecutive weeks of the Fall season. Friday night sessions also allow for your young goalkeeper to get the sessions on the eve of their games on a Saturday or Sunday.
