This 8 Week program will consist of 1 session a week across the winter for 90 minutes per session. Groups will be MAXIMUM of 7 Goalkeepers to 1 Coach, with 4 coaches overseeing the sessions. Limited number of spaces, 24 goalkeepers per session.
